Mission
To provide sound legal advice and representation to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica and all Departments of Government, to administer justice, to protect and promote Intellectual Property Rights, and ensure proficient analysis and investigation of financial crimes in an efficient manner.
Vision
To attain and maintain a just, efficient and respected justice system.
Goals
To create an environment of peace, justice and safety for development throughout Dominica by enhancing the analysis and investigation of matters related to crime, that will result in public and private sector development.
Objectives
- To provide greater effectiveness in the Administrative of justice
- To strengthen the delivery of Registry Services
- To provide legal advice and representation to the Government of Dominica
- To offer legal aid service to low-income clients
- To ensure timely and accurate drafting of legislation
- To undertake proficient analysis and investigation of financial crimes
