Chambers of the Attorney General
The Chambers of the Attorney General ensures that Justice System, Registry Department, Companies and Intellectual Property Office as well as Financial Intelligence Unit of Dominica, function efficiently and effectively not only as individual entities but collectively as a whole. In this way the objectives of the Ministry of Tourism and Legal Affairs as well as the Government are able to be attained.
Functions of the Chambers of the Attorney General include:
- Timely and accurate drafting of legislations
- Provision of sound legal advice and representation to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica
- The management of the judicial process
- Administration of business, land and civil registration services.
Mission
To protect and promote Intellectual Property Rights, provide sound legal advice and representation, administer justice and ensure proficient analysis and investigation of financial crimes in an efficient manner.
Vision
To attain a more just, secure and enhanced justice system.

- Legal Aid Clinic
- Magistrates' Court/Magistracy
